Started in 1990 as a salvage operation, Duncan Systems entered the motorhome windshield and RV glass business by accident.
An agent from a major insurance company struck up a conversation with company owners, Ron and Shane Duncan, about the high cost of a windshield replacement claim. The needed motorhome windshields and RV side glass was no longer being produced. The agent had received quotes as high as $4,000 for a custom-made replacement.
Fortunately, Duncan Systems had exactly what the agent needed – and at a reasonable price. A new business opportunity was born. Since then, Duncan Systems has grown from a small salvage operation to a full-service company with more than 65 employees and locations in three states – Indiana, Florida and Arizona.
